Everest: a place of waste or of sport?
As the interreligious game for peace took place at Rome's Stadio Olimpico on 1 September 2014, the Pontifical Council for Culture, in collaboration with the Italian Bishops' Conference's office for Leisure, Tourism and Sport and the John Paul II Foundation for Sport, has organized a meeting for those leading International Catholic Sporting Associations with some days of reflection on the theme: "Sport is for the Human Person: From a results-oriented culture to a culture of encounter."
