On 18 February in Rome in the Sala Santa Caterina of the basilica di Santa Maria sopra Minerva, the Catalogue of the exhibition "The Splendour of the Truth, the Beauty of Charity" was presented (Lo splendore della verità, la bellezza della carità. Omaggio degli artisti a Benedetto XVI per il 60º di sacerdozio Vatican City, Libreria Editrice Vaticana, 2012, pag 160) which documents the exhibition held in the Vatican from 5 July through to 4 September 2011. Presenting the catalogue were Cardinal Gianfranco Ravasi, President of the Pontifical Council for Culture, don Giuseppe Costa, Director of the Libreria Editrice Vaticana, Antonio Paolucci, director of the Vatican Museums and four of the artists who participated in the exhibition: the architect Santiago Calatrava, the writer Vincenzo Cerami, the sculptor Jannis Kounellis and composer Arvo Pärt. The curators of the Catalogue wer Micol Forti, director of the Contemporary Art Section of the Vatican Museums and Monsignor Pasquale Iacobone, director of the Department "Faith and Art" of the Pontifical Council for Culture.
